Licensing Problems for Open Battle Gaming System

My lawyer has issue with the Open Game License v1.0 that was published by the Wizards of the Coast. The plan is to look at the various options and perhaps create a new License. There will be no general rules published to the Internet until this issue is worked out. I hope to have it cleared up by the end of October.
